These terms govern your use of the VITAL app. By creating an account you agree to them. VITAL is an accountability tool — not a medical, fitness, or mental-health service.
The deal
- Show up for your squad and be honest in your proof.
- Treat the people holding the line with you with respect.
- You're responsible for training and acting safely and within your own limits.
Your account
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use VITAL. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You own the content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to display it to your squad and verify your proof.
Memberships & billing
- VITAL offers an optional paid membership. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time in your App Store settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Free-trial and referral offers apply as described in the app at the time you accept them.
Fair play
Faked or misrepresented proof, harassment, impersonation, or gaming the leaderboard may result in content removal or account termination. AI verification is a tool, not a guarantee — we may review activity to keep squads fair.
AI features
Athena is an automated coach. Its verification and messages can be wrong; use your own judgement and don't rely on it for medical, financial, or safety decisions.
Availability & changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may revise these terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
